2. How We Use Your Information

  1. Respond to your inquiries, provide proposals or quotes, and deliver our services;
  2. Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
  3. Send marketing communications you have opted to receive;
  4. Personalize advertising and measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn campaigns (including retargeting and look‑alike audiences);

  • Business transfers – as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale where Personal Information may be transferred as a business asset; and
  • Legal/compliance – when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ACT, our customers, or others.

 

We do not use or disclose Personal Information for “selling” or “sharing” (cross‑context behavioral advertising) under the California Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Analytics to improve performance and tailor advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings or opt out of interest‑based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance’s AdChoices tools.

6. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Lead and project records are typically retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction unless you request deletion sooner.

Our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

ACT is headquartered in the United States. By providing Personal Information, you acknowledge that it may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may not provide the same level of data‑protection laws as your home jurisdiction.
